Et tip mere til det opstillede interviewbillede. Nogle gange er der ikke plads nok til, at du ved at zoome ind kan skabe en diffus baggrund i interviewbilledet. Afstanden mellem kamera og kilde og/eller mellem kilde og baggrund er simpelthen ikke stor nok.

Det oplevede jeg ved interviewet her, som også er den del af indslaget Virksomheder sender medarbejdere til udlandet.

Afstanden mellem kilden og den arbejdende kvinde i baggrunden kunne godt ha’ været større. Derfor brugte jeg et snydetrick, som jeg har snuppet fra min gode kollega Karl Erik Lørup ;-)

Lampen er sat så tæt på kilden, som den kan komme uden at være synlig i interviewbillledet. Og selvom det umiddelbart ikke er nødvendigt, har jeg gainet kameraet 6dB - det betyder populært sagt, at kameraet giver billedet en ekstra dosis “kunstigt lys”.
Resultatet er, at billedet bliver alt for lyst. Derfor har jeg tvunget kameraets ND-filter på. ND-filtret er populært sagt kameraets solbriller. Det bliver tvunget på i den forstand, at kameraet ikke be’r om det, som det ellers gør, når man for eksempel går indefra og ud i en bragende solskinsdag. Så plejer kameraet straks at blinke “ND2″.

I det her tilfælde er ND2 for voldsomt. Jeg har i stedet sat ND1-filtret på, og vupti - kameraet er snydt. Resultatet er nemlig, at baggrunden bliver ekstra uskarp. Og så gælder det ellers om at ignorere kameraets advarsler, når det står og råber “ND OFF” … “ND OFF”.

Laver du tricket her, skal du være opmærksom på, at kilden kun skal rykke sig få millimeter, før han bliver uskarp. Derfor har vi her valgt at lave interviewet siddende - så er der mere styr på kilden. (Husk: Undgå roterende kontorstole!)

Interviewbilledet her er dog stadig ikke optimalt. Kvinden i baggrunden ku’ godt ha’ fyldt mindre i det samlede billede, så hun ikke tog så meget fokus. Men det tilllod afstandene i rummet som sagt ikke. Det var jo derfor, vi snød i første omgang ;-)

At lave det vellykkede interviewbillede er et helt studium i sig selv. Ofte ta’r det faktisk længere tid at forberede og få placeret kamera og kilde rigtigt i forhold til baggrunden, end det gør at lave selve interviewet. Og det er ikke engang løgn!

De store, topprofessionelle kameraer, som fotograferne her på TV/MIDT-VEST arbejder med, er fantastiske til at lave baggrunden sløret, så kilden står klart frem som det vigtigste i billedet. Det er et element, der ofte bliver stræbt efter i det klassiske, opstillede syncbillede.

Men som video journalist arbejder jeg med sådan et her - et SONY HDRFX1, som vel må betegnes som semiprofessionelt, når det gælder tv-fotografering. Med det i hånden får man ikke altid så meget forærende, og så gælder det nogle gang om at sno sig og vride kameraet og dets funktioner en smule, hvis man vil sikre sig et optimalt resultat.

“Hold afstand” er et af kodeordene. Skab så lang afstand
imellem kameraet og kilden som muligt - og igen imellem kilden og baggrunden. En lang gang er perfekt til formålet. Når du så zoomer ind og framer dit interviewbillede, vil baggrund være mere sløret, fordi du bruger du en mindre del af linsen.

Jeg har forsøgt det på billedet her, som er taget fra en historie om udstationering af danske medarbejdere i udlandet, som min kollega Marie Linddahl og jeg lavede forleden. Her kan du se indslaget i sin helhed.

Den slørede baggrund på billedet betyder, at det ikke gør så meget, at vi kan se folk, der går rundt på gangen bag vores kilde. De forstyrrer ikke helhedsindtrykket, fordi vores kilde stadig fremstår stadig som det klart vigtigste i vores billede.

Interviewet er lavet stående, og her er det vigtigt, at kilden ikke tripper for meget rundt. Fordi vi har zoomet ret kraftigt ind, kan skarpheden nemlig meget hurtigt ryge sig en tur, hvis kilden bevæger sig blot en centimeter frem eller tilbage. Jeg plejer at bede folk om at stå med spredte ben - så har man ikke så stor tendens til tripperi ;-)

Resultatet er, at det er Tordenskjolds soldater, der kigger forbi. Personligt synes jeg, at de mest vellykkede og spændende blogs er dem, der er klart vinklede og koncentrerer sig om et specifikt emne – og ikke skyder med spredehagl. Døm selv.

Har ellers ikke hørt det i lang, lang tid. Noget af det, jeg er stødt på, er katastrofalt. Men der er enkelte utrolige pletskud indimellem, hvor resultatet er, at et helt nyt nummer gror frem af gamle kendinge.

Musikalsk set er jeg en olding. Langt de fleste af mine yndlingsbands toppede sidst i 60’erne eller først i 70’erne. Derfor bliver jeg nødt til at dele min favoritnetradio med alle I andre, der er fejlanbragte i det musikalske univers.

Den amerikanske koncertarrangør Bill Graham stod i sin karriere bag flere end 35.000 koncerter over hele verden. I al hemmelighed optog han i tusindvis af live-koncerter, som han gemte i kælderen på sit hovedkontor.
